

Essentialism is not about how to get more things done it’s about how to get the right things done. It means pursuing it in a disciplined way. It doesn’t mean occasionally giving a nod to the principle. The way of the Essentialist is the relentless pursuit of less but better. Here is a short summary for your reference and may it attract your interest to learn further from the book. I was that kind of person, and reading this book really help. I do recommend you to put this book on your reading list, especially if you’re someone that committed to work on your goals/purpose but somehow always feel distracted and hardly getting things that truly matters done. Now, this book definitely pass that criteria. It might not be a recently released book as I usually read (2014), yet I only make exception for the book that I think is not only timeless but more relevant right now than ever. My second book that I’ve read this year titled above by Greg McKeown is, in my honest opinion, one of mandatory book to read for personal growth.
